A celebration of people, purpose and possibility

After much anticipation and build-up, the 12 September 2025 World of Workforce (WOW) Day, hosted in partnership with Jacaranda 94.2 delivered a day to remember. A day of wellness, selfies, excitement and connection became a powerful reminder of what we do what we do and the incredible impact that our people create every day.

Putting staff first is the foundation of everything we do at Workforce Holdings, it’s only by doing this are we able to uplift people, create opportunities and drive purpose across the industries we serve. WOW Day was proof of this belief in action, it was a celebration of the people behind the placements, the training, the healthcare, the financial wellness and the solutions that move businesses forward.

Elena Afrika-Bredenkamp and her fantastic crew of Jacaranda 94.2 hosted a live broadcast at our Head Offices, shining a light on our people and their stories. Head office buzzed with laughter, excitement and while soothing massages and wellness checks were dished out, reminding every participant that well-being is not a luxury, it’s a priority. Healthy, inspired people are the heart of every business we uplift and give purpose.

Prizes took centre stage with a fully funded Bachelor of Business Administration bursary from Chartall Business College and an Industrial Relations Starter Pack from Workforce Staffing. These rewards reflected our mission to unlock skills, build futures and accelerate growth.

Group CEO Ronny Katz, Head of Marketing Jason Bome and Executive Assistant Maidi Zondo joined Elana on air, broadcasting to millions and sharing Workforce’s vision of uplifting people and growing business.

WOW Day was more than winners, wellness and good vibes. It was a statement of purpose. When staff feel valued, energised and proud of their contributions, the ripple effect reaches every client we serve and every community we touch.
