In 2025, OpenSource proudly launched our Graduate Training Program, supported by MICT SETA, aimed at fast-tracking talented young professionals into the world of SAP S/4HANA. This initiative was more than just a training programme; it served as a launchpad for the next generation of tech-savvy business leaders.

“We wanted to provide graduates with the skills, experience, and mindset needed to succeed in SAP and become tomorrow’s leaders in technology and business,” said Christine Heath-AlMohamad.
The programme welcomed 24 ambitious graduates from diverse academic backgrounds, including Data Science, Accounting, and Engineering, into the Cape Town cohort. Over an intensive three-month period, participants were immersed in SAP-integrated business processes, hands-on projects, and access to the SAP E-Learning Hub. By the end of the programme, graduates were prepared to pursue the TS410 SAP Business Process Integration certification and confidently enter the workforce.

Programme Highlights

• SAP Academy: Live, instructor-led sessions facilitated by SAP-certified experts
• Hands-On Learning: Real-world projects and interactive case studies
• Soft Skills Development: Training covering POPIA, Employment Equity, Design Thinking, CV preparation, and more
• SAP Certification Preparation: TS410 SAP Business Process Integration on S/4HANA

The graduates successfully completed the programme in December 2025 and were equipped with the foundational knowledge and practical experience needed to make an immediate impact in the industry.

OpenSource remains committed to developing young talent and partnering with forward-thinking clients to help build a skilled, resilient, and future-ready workforce, because tomorrow starts with today’s talent.
